I kept it in my inbox and read it many times throughout 2021 as a reminder (and motivator) to not let this happen to me in my Life. Here's what he stated as his predictions for 2021:

Even if you decide to put in more effort than you ever have to improve your health, if you follow the same strategies as before, their is a high likelihood that you'll work really really hard to get the same results you have always got.
